HPWD received 59 administratively complete applications for water well permits during June 2021. There were two permit applications for Dockum Aquifer wells and 57 applications for Ogallala Aquifer wells. HPWD has processed 842 water well permit applications since the beginning of this fiscal year (October 1, 2020). This is 279 more than the same period in 2020.
