Are you seeking funding for a water conservation research, demonstration, or education project? The High Plains Underground Water Conservation District (HPWD) is accepting proposal requests. HPWD is looking for innovative ideas that will help conserve water.
Proposals are due no later than Monday, February 5, 2024, by 5:00 p.m.
Proposals received by the deadline will be reviewed by the HPWD Research/Demonstration Committee, which shall make recommendations to the Board. Applicants will be notified of the Board's decision by the end of March.
High Plains Underground Water Conservation District #1 is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
