HPWD is a proud Signature Sponsor of the 4-H Water Ambassadors Program. The Texas 4-H Water Ambassadors Program allows high school youth to gain advanced knowledge and develop leadership skills related to the science, technology, engineering, and management of water in Texas. If any youth in HPWD’s District gets accepted into the 4-H Water Ambassador Program, HPWD will reimburse their regsistration fee for the Summer Acadamies.
High Plains Underground Water Conservation District #1 is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
